The vertical core making machine rotates the core box 180° to remove excess resin sand, resulting in a hollow core. With a shooting pressure of 1 to 4 kg/cm², the core surface becomes firm and solid. Since the conveyor belt cannot be installed for automatic core removal, the sand core must be taken out manually. For a core making machine with a conveyor, consider the KKF series.
